Preheat oven to 190C.
Cut tops off 4 bell peppers and remove seeds.
Brown ground turkey with onion and garlic.
Mix with cooked rice, 1 can diced tomatoes, cumin, and salt.
Stuff peppers with mixture.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
