Slice flank steak against the grain.
Marinate in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
Stir-fry beef over high heat for 3 minutes. Remove.
Stir-fry broccoli for 3 minutes.
Return beef, add sauce (soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar).
Serve over steamed rice.
