Season 4 chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Brown in a Dutch oven for 4 minutes per side. Remove.
Saute 1 diced onion and 2 cloves garlic.
Add rice, chicken broth, and peas.
Nestle chicken on top.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes until rice is cooked and chicken reaches 75C.
