Cut paneer into 2cm cubes. Pan-fry in a little oil until golden on all sides. Set aside.
In the same pan, sauté diced onion, garlic, and ginger for 4 minutes.
Add cumin, turmeric, garam masala, and paprika. Stir for 1 minute.
Pour in crushed tomatoes and coconut cream. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the paneer cubes to the sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve over basmati rice with naan bread on the side.
