Slice halloumi into 1cm thick slices and grill in a hot pan for 2 minutes per side until golden.
Dice cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Place in a large bowl.
Add kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese.
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
Toss the salad with the dressing and arrange grilled halloumi on top.
Serve immediately while halloumi is warm.
